Our Story
In 2017, two passionate and dedicated therapists, Erin Harvey and Amy Garcia, met at a small group mental health practice. Though their paths had been different, their shared values and commitment to healing brought them together in a meaningful way. As they worked side by side, they found themselves not only supporting their clients but also supporting each other through the ups and downs of life. They shared stories, offered advice, and healed old wounds together.
As they exchanged stories of their personal journeys and professional experiences, they began to realize how much they both wanted to create something more—something that went beyond just therapy. Both women had experienced firsthand the challenges mental health can bring to an individual. They knew the strain stages of life could put on families, and they also understood the importance of nurturing one's emotional, physical, and spiritual health during these critical times.
They envisioned creating a space that would embrace their holistic approach to wellness. The name, Be Well Together, felt like a natural fit. It reflected their belief that true wellness doesn't happen in isolation, but in connection—with each other, the body, the mind, and the spirit. Their shared commitment was to create a warm, welcoming space where clients could feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life's challenges.
